Company History

Established in 1987 as an independently owned and operated franchise of Minuteman Press International, owners Joseph Genua and Joseph Mulligan opened MINUTEMAN PRESS of Jersey City, New Jersey with one employee, one printing press, and less than 1,000 square feet of production space. They focused their talents and their energies on one thing and one thing only: top quality printing, copying, bindery and graphic design services at affordable prices.

While our roots are indeed in "quick printing", we have grown into one of the most technologically advanced, state-of-the-art commercial printing operations in Northern New Jersey, with nearly 10,000 square feet of production space.

Joe Genua and Joe Mulligan believed then, and still believe today, that continual investment in current technology and hiring and maintaining a knowledgeable and experienced staff is key to providing high quality, print-related products and services for the business community of Northern New Jersey and worldwide. Several million dollars was recently invested in upgrading and expanding virtually every facet of our business to meet the ever growing needs of sophisticated print buyers of the 21st century.

With more than 900 independently owned and operated MINUTEMAN PRESS Full Service Printing and Graphics Centers worldwide, MINUTEMAN PRESS of Jersey City has become a leader within the MINUTEMAN PRESS network.

One of the top volume shops in the franchise system, and a perennial "Top 100" printer nationwide, we have the distinction of being recipients of every major award bestowed by the franchise for professional excellence in customer service, quality, and exemplary business performance.
